Konrad von Viereck, is the President of the Board of the Formula Film.
He is a marketing and communication consultant with a rich background in politics, business and communication.
He has worked for the German Parliament, European Commission in Strasbourg, Unilever, RJR, Coca Cola, and agencies such as McCann-Erickson and Lintas worldwide. He is also a partner in NYC Group in Frankfurt and Tectus in Barcelona.
He lives in Frankfurt and Palma de Mallorca.

Boris Dmitrović, managing director of Formula film, is responsible for the strategic planning and operative management of the company.
Born in Virovitica on 21 February 1951 he started his professional career as a photographer in newspapers and cultural magazines. He graduated from Economic and Tourism Faculty Dr. Mijo Mirković in Pula, the University of Rijeka in 1977. As an executive producer, with 25 years of experience in the field of film and TV, he coordinates the work of Formula film Team, formed of young, educated and creative film workers by giving them support in building the Formula film’s Know-how.

Josip Boljkovac is the head of the Finance and Accounting department in Formula film.
Born in Duga Resa on 16 August 1948, finished high school in Karlovac and worked for ''Poduzeće za ceste’’ in Karlovac and afterwards in the Construction School Centre in Zagreb as an Accountant. He started working for Jadran film as an Auditor in 1977 and had worked in the company for 24 years. During 2001 he started working part-time for Formula film and became a member of the Team in November 2001.

Davor works as the in-house director and is involved in the creative and operative development of the projects.
Born in Zagreb on 9 November 1976, graduated at the Film and TV Editing School, Academy of Drama Arts in Zagreb, where he is currently teaching. Since 1997 he has been a film freelancer in the editing, directing and organization departments. Besides feature and TV films, he participated in production of documentary films, music videos and TV commercials. Davor started working for Formula Film as a freelance employee in 2001, since 2002 he is a member.

Luka participates in project development and, during the production phase, is in-charge of the operative and financial duties.
Born in Zagreb on 7 December 1983, upon finishing XI Gymnasium, he was enrolled at the Higher School of Economics of Entrepreneurship - Vern' where he has completed his course of study and is about to graduate.
He has been with Formula film since 2002, first as a Trainee and then as a Location manager. Since the first half of 2005, he works in Formula film as a TVC Production manager and leads various projects.
